For several years now, United States law has prohibited businesses from assessing or placing judgment upon employment prospects due to gender, race, ethnicity, creed, religion, political affiliation or even handicap in certain settings and situations. It is a growing myth that once a company has acquired a rhythmic system of referrals, the owner of that company can just as well hang up his sales hat and coast into retirement with a never ending stream of revenue.
